On this date in 1939 was born an amazing singer and talent---Dusty Springfield. One of my very favorites came along in 1968 from her album "Dusty In Memphis," a touch of blue-eyed soul with "Son Of A Preacher Man." We lost Dusty back in 1999--lost her way to young and way too soon! Enjoy!!
