Well well well....a pleasant surprise on my way to work this fine Monday morning, after gas prices moved up 75 cents over the last month or so, today on average around Bismarck and Mandan, I saw a decrease in price of 5 cents down to $3.69. Not earthshaking, but still a nice way to start my Monday...
