With spring officially here and summer looming on the horizon---we all wanna look better and maybe lose a few pounds!   And it looks like when we eat is just as important as what we eat.    So---the key to losing a few pounds is timing your meals correctly!

      The best time to have breakfast is 7:11 a.m.
   

      Lunch is best when eaten at 12:38 p.m.
   

      And, the best time to eat dinner is 6:14 p.m.
 

And, they sayif you do eat dinner later than 7 p.m. and it can actually ruin your diet. (DailyMail)

Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day – and eating it every morning will help you consume less calories throughout the day.
   For me I usually eat breakfast around 5am.  A breakfast sandwich (bacon egg and cheese) and a large cup of black coffee.   I do that every Monday thru Friday.   Saturday and Sunday, usually it's lunch for my first meal of the day and I'm not up at 5 and usually sleep in til around 8.
