Even if you aren't from Ireland---The "Emerald Isle"---on St. Patrick's Day--it seems we're all Irish.  I have a list here of actors that are Irish---that I've heard described as "droolworthy."   Guys that apparently do have the "Luck Of The Irish!"  See if you these these Irish guys are HOT!!

Colin Farrell: Sexy Irish bad boy.
