Are you feeling a little depressed?? Well it could get down to what you're eating! New studies out show that people who chow down on a bunch of junk food---are more likely to be feeling depressed!!
And even if you aren't feeling all-out depression, eating bad food can still affect how you feel and your mood. Bottom line is this: GARBAGE IN---GARBAGE OUT.
