I think we can all agree that North Dakota isn't exactly the most scenic of states, but that doesn't mean that there aren't a few really gorgeous drives to take in the Roughrider State.

The folks over at Thrillist recently put together a list of the most scenic drives in every state. Any guess as to what drive they picked for North Dakota?

According to Thrillist, North Dakota's most scenic drive is the Sakakawea Scenic Byway:

Realistically, this is more historical than scenic. But that history is really, really cool -- the Lewis and Clark exploration set up camp here. And sightseeing the Missouri River’s not too shabby either.

In South Dakota, Thrillist picked Highway 16A, which leads you past Mount Rushmore, while in Minnesota, they went with Highway 61, which overlooks the Mississippi River.

Do you agree with Thrillist? Is the Sakakawea Scenic Byway North Dakota's most scenic drive?
