Traffic Backed Up for Miles Because of Accident on I 94 West at County Line [VIDEO]

If you were going West on I 94 Saturday afternoon about 1p.m., you were stuck in traffic backed up from past the Missouri River Bridge West, from Morton County into Burleigh, and you were wondering, "what the heck"?

Here's the deal, there was an accident in Morton County, about a mile past the Missouri River bridge, but it had traffic backed up almost to the State Street (west) over pass on I94.
