TRAFFIC STOPPED on Hwy 83 and I-94 in Bismarck

At approximately 4:30 this afternoon, traffic at the cross-section of Highway 83 and I-94 came to a complete stop due to an accident involving a semi and car. Drivers are suggested to avoid that route, if possible.
