Love your fruits and veggies?  They CAN help you live longer.  I'm a big fan of spinach, green peas, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and my favorite---asparagus!!!    And if you're like me---and love your veggies--you may be living longer---YAY!!  Here's the intel for your life on this Monday!!


Brand new study just released, shows that people who eat up to seven servings of fruit and vegetables a day can cut their risk of death by 42%.  And of the two---veggies are a must-eat.  They are much more important than fruit for your overall heath and well-being.   Turns out that if your diet is rich in vegetables and fruits, t can help protect you again heart disease, cancer and even other causes of death.  So, tell it from your Early Morning Radio Pal---hit up that frozen food section of your favorite grocery store for veggies, hit up the farmers markets or maybe even grow your own---AND live longer!!  (CNN)
