The University of North Dakota had another great hockey season and, even though they didn't make it to the Frozen Four in Pittsburgh, there's still reason to celebrate.

Senior forward Danny Kristo has been named the College Hockey News' Player of the Year! Kristo had career highs this season in points (52), goals (26), and plus/minus (+17). Kristo also tied his career high for assists with 26.

UND can also celebrate Kristo and his teammate, Corbin Knight, being named to the All CHN Team for the 2012-2013 season. Both players are also finalists for the Hobey Baker Award. The Hobey Baker Award Hat Trick, the three final players up for the award, will be announced today.
