Us Taxpayers Pay ALOT For Former U.S. Presidents….

When I ran across this information--I thought---hey I may want to be President.  Taxpayers pay for more than just President Obama’s salary – all living former presidents get everything they need paid for by the government.

For example, Bill Clinton's 8,300-square-foot office in Harlem costs taxpayers nearly $450,000.

George W. Bush received the most last year, coming in at an unbelievable $1.3 million, including $85,000 on telephone fees and $60,000 on travel.

Jimmy Carter sends $15,000 worth of mail – all paid for by the government.

The total expenditure last year was $3.7 million, which also included $200,000 for each president in pension funds and $96,000 for a small office staff. (Washington Times)
