This video seems to be from a country in Eastern Europe and it literally shows a dog pushing a man in a wheelchair through a flood. It even seems like the man in the wheelchair is embarrassed that he's being filmed while the dog pushes him.

I hope to never find out if this video is real or not. I'd rather go through life thinking this dog saved this man's life rather than know- it was staged.
