I love my I-phone---wouldn't say addicted, but I do love it.   We’re all addicted to our phones. It’s a fact.

But some of us are more addicted than others.

Here’s a quick quiz to help you decide if you’re addiction is manageable or if you need to be sent to smartphone rehab:

Do you have to respond to every text, e-mail, IM and phone call immediately – or can  you let it slide for a while?
 

Does the place on your body where you keep your phone vibrate or buzz when your phone isn’t there?
 

Do you check your phone constantly for fear that you’re missing out on something?
 

Do you feel jittery and restless when your phone isn’t with you?
