••MINNESOTA TWINS BASEBALL  FRI-SAT-SUN host Seattle Mariners  TU-WED at San Diego

••Chocolate 5K Run Is On Saturday at Sertoma Park.  It’s sweet treats and a run featuring Ghiradelli Chocolates.  The event starts at 8am.

  

••Check Out the comedy “For Better” live at the Dakota Stage.  Wrapping up their 35th season.  It’s a comedy set in this plugged-in world of email, text messaging and camera phone—do a bridge and groom really need to be in the same country to go on a honeymoon?   Performances FRI-SAT at 730pm and SUN at 2pm.  Tickets $22.  Dakota Stage is downtown at 412 East Main Avenue in Bismarck.

  

••A Cool Summer Night—presented by Bismarck’s Premiere Vocal Esmenble—Inspirare is on SAT night at 7pm  Featuring songs by Allison Krause, Huey Lewis, the Eagles and Beatles, will be on at St. Mary’s Church 806 East Broadway.  Free will offering accepted. 

 

••The Last Winter Market of the Season is On SATURDAY  Presented by the United Tribes Technical College, it’s your chance to enjoy local foods and handmade goods, along with art, clothing and much more.  It’s on from 10-2 at UTTC 3015 University Drive.  Free admission.   

 

••Mandan Dacotah Lions Strides Walk For Diabetes is on SUNDAY  It’s thr 5th annual walk at Mandan’s Fairs Field at 2pm.  Registration at 1pm.  Proceeds help fight diabetes in children. 

 

••Acres Of Iron Car Show is on SATURDAY  at the Southeast lot of the Gateway Mall off State Street.  It’s on from 10-3 and presented by the Pioneer Auto Club.    FREE

 

••The Classic Play “Rapunzel” hits the state SATURDAY & SUNDAY   At the Belle.  Based on the German fairy tale. It’s a 2-hour production.  SAT at 730pm and SUN at 230pm    Tickets are $15-$28.  

 

••Come & See The Animals!  The Dakota Zoo now has their winter hours and is open Daily from 10am-7pm.  $7 for adults, $4 for children.

“Godzilla” (PG-13)

The movie retells the origin of Godzilla set in modern times.  Stars Aaron Johnson, and Elizabeth Olsen and of course Godzilla

 

“Million Dollar Arm” (PG)
