What American Spend $1,270 a Year On!!

Guess it's good news I'm not a beer drinker--I'm saving money and a pretty good chuck of change to boot!!!

A new survey has found that us Americans spend an average of $1,270 per year on beer. That adds up to around 140 6-packs at $9 each.  10% say they drink beer more than five times a week – while 22 percent had a beer two or three times. 20 percent said they drink a beer just once a week.  Price doesn’t seem to be much of a factor when deciding a favorite beer. Instead, people make up their minds based on the best ads (32 percent), where the beer is produced (29 percent), and the beer's style (22 percent).
