What’s Making Us Old….
I have hit my 50's---wow I used to think that was so old, until I did it. And like me--maybe you wonder about growing old. Found some stuff that I decided to share--some "Intelligence For Your Life!" And NO, that's NOT me in the pic....
We eat right, exercise, and inject stuff into our faces – all in the hopes of staying young.
But what you don’t realize is that you do things every day that are aging you big time, and you should probably stop.
Here are a few:
Pillowcases – While sleep is great, pillowcases aren’t. Regular pillowcases can pull moisture away from your face AND leave lines in your face. To combat this, try a silk pillowcase … it’ll reverse all those problems.
Smiling – We’re not saying don’t smile. We’re just letting you know that a lifetime of laughter can cause a lifetime of laugh lines.
TV – Prepare for a real mind-melter: An Australian study says that after 25 years old, every hour of TV you watch shortens your life by 21.8 minutes. We really hope this one isn’t true!
Bottling up – Studies also say that keeping your anger bottled up inside makes you four times more likely to die than those who let their frustrations fly! (Huffington Post)
