Even though Time To Break mentions 'female celebrities,' most of the people on the list seem to be actresses.

There may be more than just this list but in alphabetical order by last name, in terms of actresses, we have Dorothy Adams, Leslie Bibb, Angie Dickinson, Sally Fraser, Phyllis Frelich, Jan Maxwell, Ann Sothern, Leslie Stefanson, Dorothy Stickeny and Natalie West.

Not included above are people like Ronda Rousey. She is an MMA fighter who was born in California but raised in Jamestown, North Dakota. She is not actually an actress but has appeared in acting roles in various TV shows and movies.

According to Time to Break, the most attractive female celebrity from North Dakota is Leslie Bibb. Bibb is from Bismarck.
