Wind Chill Advisory for the Most of the State Through Wednesday
The Arctic air will settle in North Dakota and combined with the wind, the National Weather Service says the wind chills can be very dangerous.
The WIND CHILL ADVISORY is in effect until 12 PM Wednesday. (2/18) Wind chill values can be as low as 30 below.
Frostbite can occur is 30 minutes or less to exposed skin.
Be sure to check road conditions before you travel and double check the winter survival kit in your vehicle.
Towns in the advisory area include Bismarck, Mandan, Jamestown, Steele, New Salem, Underwood, Bowbells, Minot, Lincoln and Glen Ullen.
