Your Genes May Pick Your Friends….

Here's a strange one for you on this Monday morning----The friends you go shopping with, the ones you hang out and laugh with an watch football with---they might not be there just because you consciously chose them.

Instead, your friendships might be based on your genetics.  Scientists say they've found evidence that people's friendships are influenced by certain genes.  One gene in particular--the "DRD2 Gene" seems to influence two things---your drinking behavior AND the friends you choose!
