We all know with Halloween just about here---we all have a love for candy that comes to the forefront.    Personally--I like the fun-sized Snickers Bars, Baby Ruth, Oh Henry and of course Reece's Peanut Butter Cups.   But---the I get thinking about the calories.  I did some research and found out how much candy is equal to 100 calories, and came up with some examples to guide us through our cravings!

Here's what is equal to 100 calories:

One bite of a regular sized Reece’s Peanut Butter cup.

1 and a half fun-sized Three Musketeers bars

      1 fun-sized bag of peanut M&M’s

      1 fun-sized Butterfinger

5 Starburst fruit chews--me personally I love the orange ones!! YUMMY!

Happy Calorie Counting...and let's avoid those muffin tops--that is IF we don't eat too many of these 100 calorie treats!!  (Women's Health)
