Arby’s Restaurants Across North Dakota Will Serve Venison for One Day Only
If you want to try a venison sandwich at Arby's, you have one day to do it.
Arby's did something similar last year but the venison sandwiches were only available in a couple of 'hunting-centric' states. We felt North Dakota fell into that category but Arby's did not treat our state to the sandwiches.
Well in 2017, Arby's is expanding the venison sandwiches by selling them in every single restaurant across the country.
The catch though, is that the venison sandwiches will be available for only one day. The day to get the sandwich is on Oct. 21. Last year, when they had the sandwich available in only some restaurants, the sandwiches sold out very quickly. They expect the same to happen this year.
So if you want a venison sandwich from Arby's on Oct. 21, we suggest getting to Arby's as soon as they open.
There are two Arby's locations in Bismarck which both open at 10am. They are located at 2601 State Street and 3000 Burlington Drive.
And for those of you who are picky about how your meats are prepared and cooked, Arby's was kind enough to talk about how the venison is prepared and what exactly will come on the sandwich:
Arby’s Venison Sandwich features a thick-cut venison steak and crispy onions topped with a juniper berry sauce on a toasted specialty roll. The venison is marinated in garlic, salt and pepper and then sous-vide for three hours to juicy, tender perfection. The juniper berry sauce is a Cabernet steak sauce infused with juniper berries, giving the already unique sandwich another signature twist.
The Arby's in Mandan should be opening soon but it likely won't open in time for this promotion.
A few select Arby's locations across the country will also be serving Elk sandwiches on Oct. 21. But those are only available at one location in Thornton, Colorado, Casper Wyoming, and Billings Montana.
