Bismarck Man Charged For Concealing Sword
"Is that a sword under your trench coat or are you just happy to see me?"
That's one question a Bismarck police officer could have asked 43-year old James Kinsella on Thursday, as he was arrested charged with a Class A misdemeanor for carrying a concealed weapon...his sword.
According to The Bismarck Tribune:
Bismarck Police Officer Pat Renz said officers arrested Kinsella at 11:24 p.m. Thursday on a warrant. According to court documents, the warrant was in a municipal court possession of marijuana case.
Kinsella informed officers that he had a sword slung on his back, concealed by his trench coat, Renz said.
Kinsella is awaiting his next court date. In the meantime, his ninja training continues in Bismarck.
