Bismarck Man Charged with Assault with a Guitar

Bismarck Police responded to a call Monday night to arrest a 27 year old man for hitting another man with a guitar.

Authorities arrived at 1119 University Drive about 8 p.m. Monday night. According to reports, a 27 year old man took a swing with a guitar, hitting another guy in the neck at a mobile home park, striking the victim a couple of times. The victim suffered head wounds.

The issue was over an ex girl friend. The guitar swinging man is singing the blues in jail as he was arrested by Bismarck Police. Charges are pending.
