Bobcats Players React to Their Coach Being Ejected
The Bismarck Bobcats will be taking on the Minnesota Wilderness on the road this weekend.
Coming off two straight losses in their first two home games of the season against the Fairbanks Ice Dogs, the Bobcats are looking to bounce back this weekend. The puck will drop around 7:15pm and the game can be heard on Supertalk 1270.
Three Bobcats players (Cooper Haar, Tanner Breidenbach, Luke Millen) spoke to Wish in studio about what they know about the Wilderness, what they like to do off the ice, and how the team reacts when their head coach goes a little off the rails.
In last Saturday's game against the Ice Dogs, head coach Layne Sedevie was upset at a non-call by the referees. The head coach received a bench minor after he was yelling at the referees.
At that point Sedevie, got really angry and started throwing hockey sticks and other items on to the ice. Sedevie was ejected from the game at that point.
Haar, Breidenbach and Millen give insight on how the players react when something like that takes place.
