I always love an event where animals in need can be helped! This upcoming weekend's Shaggy Shuffle with the Central Dakota Humane Society in Mandan is one of those amazing events. While the Shaggy Shuffle event was supposed to happen in-person, plans suddenly had to change.
According to a Facebook post from the Central Dakota Humane Society this afternoon (September 25), there was a COVID exposure at the humane society. As a result, they will no longer be at Sertoma Park to register walkers for the Shaggy Shuffle. But have no fear, you can still help shelter animals with the Shaggy Shuffle Solo this weekend!
Humane Society in Mandan will now be doing this weekend's Shaggy Shuffle VIRTUALLY. The virtual event will be held tomorrow, September 26.

WHAT: Central Dakota Humane Society's Shaggy Shuffle Solo

WHEN: Saturday, September 26, 2020

We cannot do enough to help all the animals that need it. But it is so important to help them in their times of need. And adoption or volunteering are not the only ways to help. Whether you do something like a walk to raise money and donations, foster, or something else, a little help has a big impact.
