A New Event Coming To Bismarck: Dakota Ribfest & Brews

The inaugural Dakota Ribfest and Brews is coming to Bismarck.

Get ready for the sound of sizzling BBQ ribs, the smell of smoked ribs, and the sound of good times coming to Bismarck this spring. This event will be from May 29th through May 31st, 2026, at Buckstop Junction in Bismarck.

Organizers say they hope this event brings a celebration of flavor, fun, and community.

The Dakota Ribfest and Brews will bring together three national rib cookers and a full slate of vendors. In addition, entertainment lineups will be announced in the coming months, promising a mix of great music and outdoor fun to pair perfectly with smoky ribs and cold brews.

Visitors can look forward to three days of mouthwatering ribs prepared by award-winning BBQ pitmasters.

They will be traveling from across the country to showcase their signature sauces and smoked perfection at Buckstop Junction. Alongside the rib cookers, local and regional vendors will be on hand showcasing a variety of products, foods, and beverages, creating a festival atmosphere for families and BBQ lovers alike.
