Mandan Approves $22 Million Sports Complex Measure

Mandan says "yes."

Mandan residents voted in favor of a three-quarter sales tax increase in order to fund a new $22 Million sports complex.

The Tribune reports the unofficial tally was 1,564 yes votes to 1,222 votes in opposition, as quoted by the city administrator.

The complex is to include a two-rink hockey arena, a new gym facility and a track and field.
