There’s something truly special about the Norsk Høstfest in Minot, North Dakota. Every fall, Scandinavians and Scandinavia-enthusiasts from across the state—and even beyond—gather to celebrate their shared heritage. For many, like myself, it’s more than just a festival; it’s a chance to reconnect with our roots, honor family traditions, and simply enjoy the culture that shaped us.
