In a new study of the most and least tech savvy states, North Dakota was amongst the least tech savvy.

When I ran across this info on line I realized even though I have a smartphone, I'm not part of the group that checks their Facebook page alot on their smartphone.  I prefer to check Facebook on my desktop I-MAC.   The screen is nice and big and I can see and do all my Facebook stuff the way I want to do it.  But that's not the case with alot of smartphone folks.  Check this stuff out:
