The Bismarck Rec Department has your chance to take the splash for free at the outdoor pools,Wednesday, July 24: Pool hours are Noon-4pm and 4:30-8pm. Enjoy some swim time at Hillside Pool, Wachter Aquatic Complex or the Elks Aquatic Complex.
