Tauros Finish Sweep of the Bobcats
The season is over for the Bismarck Bobcats.
Johnny Walker's third-period goal put the Minot Minotauros over the top to complete the playoff sweep and eliminate the Bobcats Friday.
The Bismarck Tribune reports Tim Athley scored first for Minot and Bobcat Tanner Salsberry evened the score. Walker's winning goal came at 13:22 in the third.
Coach Lane Sedevie was philosophical: “It was a good hockey game. It could have gone either way. We had a couple of calls that didn’t go our way, but we battled to the end.”
