The Downtown Derby!

Here's a way to celebrate the Kentucky derby Bis-Man style! 

It's Bar crawl season and if you have that nice pink derby hat from last year, here's a way to put it to good use.

The Downtown derby is sponsored by Jerome distributing and it begins with a Kentucky Derby viewing party at the Luft Rooftop lounge. As a guy, I never understood the whole bonnet thing but you girls really get into it I hear.  here is the official word from event-brite:

Watch the Kentucky Derby @ the LUFT and then enjoy a progressive PUB CRAWL sponsored by Jerome Distributing in downtown Bismarck! Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed and best hat. Tickets are $20 and will receive a free cup, you will also receive discounts at all participating pubs downtown. Proceeds will be donated to TR 4 Heart and Soul 9 (therapeutic horseback riding center) and the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation, both nonprofits. Money raised will go towards starting a therapeutic equine riding program for cancer patients and their families Participating Bars are THE LUFT, Sidelines, Bucks, JL Beers, Elbow Room and the Starving Rooster.
