The winner this year is 2-year-old Robert Jorgenson! Robert was dressed as one of Bismarck's iconic fast-food characters, Big Boy, and was adorable in doing so! Robert and his family will receive $50 to spend at Party America as well as 2 VIP passes to the Haunted Fort.
