Early this morning (April 29), a crime most unusual took place at a North Dakota Girl Scouts Horizons building.

According to Grand Forks Herald, a Bismarck woman was arrested for the attempted burglary of a Girl Scouts Horizons building in Grand Forks. The Girl Scout cookies go their start in 1917 when the Mistletoe Troop in Muskogee, Oklahoma baked and sold cookies for a service project in their school cafeteria. The Girl Scout brand grew for many years, and it went nationwide in 1937. Now, more than 100 years since its inception, the Girl Scouts are still creating confident leaders and entrepreneurs!
