Winter Storm Xerxes Dumps Record Amount of Snow in Bismarck [PHOTOS]

Much of the state is digging out today after Winter Storm Xerxes dumped a record amount of snow in the area. According to the National Weather Service, it was the snowiest day in city history, with 17.3 inches of snow falling throughout Bismarck.
