••Dakota Digital Film Festival Is on SATURDAY at 1030am at Bismarck Community Church, 1617 Michigan Avenue.  Kids 5th grade and younger are invited.  FREE!!

••”Gypsy”  hits the stage at Bismarck State College’s Sidney J. Lee Auditorium.  Performances are FRI & SAT at 730pm and SUN at 230pm.  This is a comedy about the antics of a show business mother determined to laugh her two young daughters into vaudeville---leads to unexpected results.   Tickets $10.  The auditorium is at 1500 Edwards Avenue.

••Fun Night is on FRIDAY Night at the Bismarck Eagles Club:    Supper at 6pm with baron of beef, followed by bingo, games and raffles.  Fun and games til 1130pm.  Bismarck Eagles is at 313 North 26th.  $10 per person.

••LIVE STAND-UP COMEDY WITH JAY WENDLE WALKER from Spokane is on FRI & SAT at 8p at the Dakota Stage.   Jay has been on the Ed Sullivan Show, won the San Francisco Comedy Competition and has been doing stand-up comedy for more than 50 years.  This guy IS funny!    $15.  Dakota Stage is at 412 East Main downtown Bismarck.

••Big Antique Show is on SAT from 9am-5pm and from 9am-4pm SUN at the 4-H Building at the fairgrounds.

••Vintage Shop & Self Guided Tours are on SAT & SUN at Buckstop Junction on the East Bismarck Expressway. North Dakota memorabilia, kitchen items, glassware, pottery, baskets, mirrors, pictures, pitchers, vintage books, decorative items, games, toys, dolls, a Vintage Christmas collection, and dollhouses. Vintage jewelry, books, Swedish art, toys, hand-crafted gifts include bird houses, dinner bells, hand-loomed rag rugs and Bernie Blankets.  $5.

••Shrine Circus is in town with performances SAT at 10am, 2pm and 7pm at the Bismarck Civic Center.  $15/$12.

••Spring Fling Vendor Show is on SAT from 10am-3pm at the Country Suites in Bismarck.   Door prizes to the first 100 to attend.

••Annual Kiwanis Pancake & Sausage Breakfast is on SUNDAY from 9am-1pm a the Bismarck Municipal Country Club on North Griffin Street.  Proceeds benefit abused kids that are being treated at Sanford Health.   Adults $8, kids $4.

••The Rock’n Cloggers will perform their Grand Ol’ Opry Show at the Mandan Eagles Club SAT.  Dinner at 6pm and the show starts around 8pm.   $13.  Mandan Eagles is at 1400 Collins Avenue.

••Missouri Valley Chamber Orchestra presents “Jack & The Beanstalk” SUN at 3pm at the House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 1470 South Washington in Bismarck.  This is a family-friendly concert.   Tickets are $18 for adults, $10 for high school and college students and $5 for kids 15 & under.  Tickets can be purchased at the door.

••Nano Days are on SAT from 1-4 at the Gateway To Science.  This event celebrates the smallest science that makes the biggest impact.  Hands-on discovery stations will teach all ages about nano technology.  FREE!  Gateway to Science is at 1810 Schaefer Street in Bismarck.

••Come & See The Animals!  The Dakota Zoo is open on FRI-SAT and SUN from 1-5pm.

Steven Spielberg’s massive blockbuster comes back in 3-D.  Sam Neil, Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and Richard Attenborough star.  Along with some pretty spectacular dinosaurs.

••”Trance” (R)

A thieving art auctioneer seeks the help of an alluring hypnotherapist in order to repair his damaged memory and recover the treasured Goya painting that he stashed following a brazen heist in this kinetic thriller.  James McAvoy, Rosario Dawson and Vincent Cassel star.
