An employee from the restaurant Bonanza has confirmed to Townsquare Media that they will be closing on July 30th.

It wasn't immediately clear why the location was closing. Rumors have been circulating on Facebook for quite some time that the restaurant was going to be closed soon.

Other rumors have circulated that the fast food chain Culver's will be moving into that location. Paul Pitas, a spokesperson for the fast food franchise did not confirm that information but did say, "that a potential franchisee is working on plans to bring a Culver’s restaurant to the Bismarck/Mandan area. Further details of the project will be provided at a later date."

Other questions including where they would be located, what their timeline was for opening, and why they were interested in the Bismarck-Mandan market were not answered.

Culver's currently has four restaurants in North Dakota: two in Fargo, one in Grand Forks and one in Williston.
