Fargo-Moorhead Set to Host North of Normal Frostival in January
The North of Normal Frostival, a three-day event celebrating winter in downtown Fargo, will take place January 29th through January 31st, 2016.
The Fargo-Moorhead Visitors Bureau is hosting the event, which will feature live music, carriage rides, a beer garden, and more, according to InForum.
There will also be competitions, like cardboard sledding, snow softball, snow golf, cross-country skiing, and more.
According to a press release, the North of Normal Frostival was developed to 'combat the notion that Fargo is a frigid tundra in winter months.'
The event kicks off Friday, January 29th, at 6 p.m. at the U.S. Bank Plaza.
You can find out more about the North of Normal Frostival at the event's official website.
