Cloverdale Foods, based in Mandan, has issued a recall for more than 5,200 pounds of beef and pork jalapeño-cheddar bratwurst products.

The recall, according to InForum, is due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced the recall on Saturday, November 7th.

The recalled products were produced on September 21st and October 2nd and include:

  • 10oz. packages labeled as 'Teton Waters Ranch Uncured Beef Frankfurters,' with use dates of 12/5/15 and 12/16/15

If you find that you have purchased this item, you are advised to throw it away immediately or return it to the store in which you purchased it.

If you have already consumed the product and are worried about health issues, you should contact your health provider.
