Girl Scout Cookie season is almost here.  Time to make room in your freezer for Thin Mints and Do-si-dos.

Girl Scouts will be tempting us to break our new years resolutions with a variety of cookie goodness.   Girl Scouts sell cookies for a few weeks in late winter every year to raise money.  The sale of cookies also helps teach the girls about business, as they are each a cookie entrepreneur.

Each year a new cookie is unveiled.  This year it is the Lemon-Ups.  For those who are gluten free in their lifestyle, you can choose between the Toffee-tastic or the Caramel Chocolate Chip.    All the favorites are still there, Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Do-si-dos, Trefoils or Shortbread, Thanks-A-Lot and the Smores.

Soon you will be seeing Girl Scouts set up outside stores, coming to your door and maybe your office.  Make room in your freezer, you can always eat a box or 2 right away, but put some away for future snacking.
