Wow The Lights Are Extra Bright In Mandan

Earlier this month we were all forced into the awful tradition of Daylight savings time ending...

...the old days of walking around the house and changing all the clocks by hand are long gone. We woke up with more light in the morning and all of our methods of time displays were all electronically done for us. One little bit of news from a restaurant just yards from our Mandan radio stations shouted out excellent news recently:

 "Ever since we have closed nights, we have been flooded with requests to open for dinner service again. It’s been quite the battle to get there, but now is the time to announce that we will be opening nights again, starting Monday, November 6th! We can’t tell you how excited we are to be able to serve all our awesome guests for dinner again!" ( Krolls Diner Facebook )   - Just curious, I walked over there that morning and asked some of the employees if they were excited about staying open later - they all three had smiles on their faces and nodded yes.

For almost 4 years I have left our building ( 12th floor, elevator STILL busted ) after sunset, and drove by a dark and lonely spot - a place that all of Mandan knows and loves. Like a gift from the heavens, now you'll see this on your way home...

No doubt your stomach will scream out "Pull over now"
