New Mexican Restaurant Quietly Pops Up In Bismarck
You might’ve noticed an interesting post on Bismarck's People Reporting News over the weekend.
New Food?
On the Facebook page, someone posted a picture of a new restaurant in Bismarck. If you didn't know the area very well, you might just miss it; It appears to be a small home, but if you look closer, you will see a little sign that reads "Aide's Kitchen."
Aide's Kitchen
Yes, right off of Thayer Ave., on N 1st Street, you will find a new Mexican eatery. You might remember this once being the "Yim Siam" Thai restaurant.
There’s not a lot of information about the restaurant just yet, but it seems to already be up and running—you can see the open sign glowing in the window.
More Info
You can find Aide's Kitchen at 313 N. 1st St. in Bismarck. On the sign, it says, "Authentic Mexican Food To Go." It doesn't seem like there would be much space for dining in, so at this time, I'm assuming it is a delivery or carryout-only establishment, but feel free to let us know if that is not the case.
Gauging The Excitement
Looking through the comments on the Facebook post, many people are excited to see this restaurant in this location.
