Students from Cathedral Elementary School did a particularly warm good deed when they hung clothes in Custer Park for those who might not have everything they need this winter.

The idea was that of Kristen Dewald, a teacher at the school, who says she was inspired by a woman who does the same at her home.

The students hung around 100 items from trees in the park, each sporting a tag that reads, "I am not lost! Please take me if you need something warm. -- God bless you."

And it gets better, according to KX News:

Dewald told us one of the preschool students who recently had a birthday asked for nothing but warm gear so they could hang them in the park today.
