The North Dakota State Bison used a 28-point fourth quarter to roll to a 56-31 win over Northern Iowa in their first road contest.

Easton Stick threw was just 9 of 15 passing, but made each completion count throwing for 4 touchdowns and 179 yards while running for two scores in the fourth quarter to lead the Bison (5-0, 2-0) in a big Missouri Valley Football Conference matchup to take the victory on the road.

Northern Iowa (2-3, 1-1) led 31-28 entering the fourth quarter before the Bison went off for 28 unanswered. Stick hit Bruce Anderson with a 75-yard scoring strike to take the lead 35-31 and the Bison poured it on from there. Stick added touchdown runs of 1 and 31 yards to pull away from the Panthers.

Anderson and Lance Dunn had 170 and 104 yards rushing, respectively. Dunn also added a rushing touchdown as well. Darrius Shepherd added 92 yards receiving with two touchdowns.

NDSU will play at Western Illinois (2-3) next Saturday night at 6 p.m.
