A true story is told that takes us back to 1931 and the infamous Charles Bannon case. After a family disappears from a small North Dakota town, a community rises to take justice into its own hands. The suspicion of a sociopathic farmhand makes the story even darker. "End of the Rope".

Filmed in North Dakota, at 18 locations, and using some of North Dakota's own residents as stunt doubles, background actors and more makes one wonder, who one might just recognize.
