Bismarck's own Carson Wentz is one of the biggest rising stars in the NFL and NFL Network will be airing a feature in the coming weeks.

A spokesperson for NFL Network has confirmed to us that they will be visiting Fargo on Saturday and Bismarck on Sunday and Monday to get footage for an upcoming feature on Carson Wentz's hometown and home state.

Wentz is a graduate of Century High School in Bismarck and of course went to college at North Dakota State in Fargo.

NFL Network will be conducting interviews with friends, family, coaches, and teachers. They plan to talk about Wentz's upbringing, how he was as a student in school, why hunting has been a big part of his life etc.

Additionally, NFL Network plans to get footage of people watching Carson Wentz at local bars.

According to Century High School's Activities Director, Ben Lervick, who presumably was one of the individuals NFL Network reached out to, NFL Network will be shooting footage at The Stadium Sports Bar and The Lodge.

NFL Network has confirmed they will be at The Stadium Bar and The Lodge.

The NFL spokesperson told us the feature will air on NFL Network "either later this season or during the playoffs."

The Eagles are currently 10-2 and are tied with the Vikings for the best record in football. Philadelphia plays the Rams on the road this week. The game will start at 3:25 local time.
