North Dakota Leads The Country In Golf Courses

It seems Spring will never begin, and more than most of you are ready to hit the links, and it is a proven fact, North Dakota loves golf. This fact was made clear very early in my first few months in ND. North Dakota loves golf!

According to GoldBlogger.com, North Dakota leads the country in golf courses per-capita.

The Peace Garden State leads the way in places to swing a club, as a matter of fact, North Dakota has one course for every 5,468 people in the state. And that is far ahead of the #2 state, South Dakota.

I thought Florida would lead the way, "no sir".

The top 5 states are North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wyoming and Nebraska, respectively.

The bottom states are Maryland, Alaska and California.
