Downtown Bismarck is getting a Pan-Asian noodle bar. For anyone who likes Asian food, it's time to celebrate.

The new establishment will be known as 'Noodlezip,' and it will be at 208 E. Main, which was formerly the Bell Pawn location.

The menu will include a variety of noodles, such as the vietnamese beef noodle, pho, Korean noodles, and Japanese ramen with dumplings.

Marty Lee will own the restaurant, as he's looking to bring 'a good authentic noodle place' to Bismarck. Lee has previously worked at a sushi and fresh fish restaurant in New York, as well as a Hibachi and noodle bar restaurant in Virginia. Lee also spent time as an executive chef at P.F. Chang.
