This property is right on the lake and most rooms have a view of North Dakota's biggest natural lake in the state.  This lake home was originally priced at over a MILLION dollars.  However, the owners recently slashed the property significantly a month ago by $176,000 dollars.  The cabin now lists for $949,000 dollars.

The home was built in 1980 and by the looks of it, might need a few updates.  With that being said, it's certainly move-in ready.  You couldn't ask for a better location on the lake.  Right on the water in beautiful Creel Bay.  Even before Devils Lake started to flood in the 90s, Creel Bay held water and was a good fishery.

Your estimated monthly payment is just over $5,000 dollars.  Man, it sure would be nice to afford that kind of a monthly payment.  I know several people in Bismarck that have lake places on Devils Lake.  It's about 3 hours away and it sure would be nice if we had some sort of a direct highway to Devils Lake.  There are literally about 10 different routes you can take to Devils Lake from Bismarck and none of them are that good.
