State Senate OKs Animal Cruelty Bill

The North Dakota State Senate has signed off on the latest version of a bill to strengthen the state's animal cruelty laws.The amended version of SB2211, which would make animal cruelty a Class C felony, passed the Senate by a 25-21 vote.
